Squidoo Page Indexing Problem

See my squidoo love is not still decrease. Again one more post on squidoo. Today I am going to talk about Squidoo Lens Indexing problem in Search engines. Not only Google but also Yahoo is not indexing lens.

Now first I like to tell about lens and some SEO activity I did for it. The lens is one month old (and still not indexed). So if your lens gets index quickly then you lucky. After long talk in squidU I come with this “being lucky” conclusion. Since a week I am submitting lens in directory and book marking sites. Even I Digg it also. And also did some small activity. But till today its not indexed.

As SEO what is the solution for this? I am still searching. As I had started building links and didn’t get indexed. I also don’t trust with this building links and getting index with squidoo. Because lots of my lens gets index without backlinks and even you have also experienced that.

For short solution I am trying to get lens in top 100 positions I reach till 320.

Really this fastest way to lose weight is taking out my patience.

And other fact I comes to know is Google is showing only 2 squidoo pages in search result. Now its hard to gain traffic in thorough search engine. And after introduction of Knol it will be harder.

Some helpful Resources:

1. SquidU forum discussion on Google Indexing Problem?

2. Submit Squidoo lens, hubpages, ezine article page, gather, ehow, associated content

3. List of Social Media Sites which pass page rank juice

Knol - A new way to publish your thoughts

As everybody in webworld ready to accept new website and new social activity. Again Google.com comes with one more application Knol - A unit of knowledge.

Today I try to test it and added some content and published it. Its really easy to work with. You need to use simple editor tools from fonts to html. Yeah, its bit easy.

I also think to dig for contnet policy of knol. Lots of points are common with which we are aware. Some of the points are needs attention. So dear reader I am highlighting them here.

Content Policy - a knol by Knol Help
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY: You may use Knol to create articles for your business or to promote your lawful products or services that are not otherwise prohibited by our Content Policy or Terms of Service, unless you are in Cuba, Iran, Burma (Myanmar), North Korea, Syria, or Sudan. There are some commercial uses we don’t allow. We don’t allow pages that have the primary purpose of redirecting visitors, acting as a bridge page, or driving traffic to another website. We also don’t allow Knol pages that have the primary purpose of profiting from displaying ads from any publisher network, such as pages created with little or no unique content that exist only to display ads.

SPAM, MALICIOUS CODES AND VIRUSES: We do not allow spamming or the transmission of malware and viruses or anything that might disrupt this service or harm our users. Spam includes, but is not limited to, sites that fail to meet Google's quality guidelines due to the use or promotion of such techniques as cloaking, keyword stuffing, search engine spamming, and doorway or bridge pages.
